設焊接專機主要配置及功能：
The main configuration and function of welding machine:
1、床身結構：焊接結構，保證工件旋轉直徑和床身的強度。床身進行熱處理。焊槍相對固定，工件旋轉，焊接位置水平。工件由三爪卡盤夾緊隨動，中間有升降支撐機構。

2、主軸箱：主軸帶有間隙微調裝置，以便于軸承磨損后有效調節(jié)主軸跳動，主軸徑向與端面跳動＜0.15mm。尾座與主軸同軸度＜0.15mm。

3、工件支撐：采用直線導軌，個工件手工調整位置以及高度，調整后自動控制上升和下降。工件支撐機構可沿導軌縱向移動，以適應不同長度工件的焊接。

4、焊槍系統(tǒng)：電機驅動（自動/手動），每一圈上升高度可調，焊槍角度可調，焊槍微調，焊槍左右可移動。

5、擺動系統(tǒng)：焊槍要有擺動和提升功能，來實現(xiàn)在焊接過程中焊槍的自動提升和擺動，以完成多層焊，填滿焊道。擺動速度:0～100回每分鐘。擺動范圍:0～25mm。
